You can pay your order through your credit card or prepaid card, with PayPal also with the payment in installments method or ApplePay.

Is it possible to pick up an other in a physical store?

No, it is not possible because for the moment with do not have stores.

Is it possible to order from abroad (not Italy)?

Yes, of course it is possible to order from abroad. For some destinations a supplement will be apply at the shipment costs.

If the product don’t satisfy me or it shows a defect, what do I have to do?

Products with quality issues, defects or not according to the ordered goods can be returned for a refund or a product replacement sending an email to orders@lucagrossi.store or calling +390572951838 int. 7 within 14 days from the order explaining the reason of the return. Product received with ruined packaging or box are not defected. In case the received product is not damaged the return shipments costs are at the customer’s expense.

Products with our defects (ex. size mistake, order mistake, etc etc) can be returned sending an email to orders@lucagrossi.store or calling +390572951838 int. 7 within 14 days from the order explaining the reason of the return. Product change is a completely free service, in this case product returned has to be new, unused, in the original box and packaging and with the original labels.
