Is it possible to pick up an other in a physical store?
No, it is not possible because for the moment with do not have stores.
Is it possible to order from abroad (not Italy)?
Yes, of course it is possible to order from abroad. For some destinations a supplement will be apply at the shipment costs.
If the product don’t satisfy me or it shows a defect, what do I have to do?

Product received with ruined packaging or box are not defected. In case the received product is not damaged the return shipments costs are at the customer’s expense.

Product change is a completely free service, in this case product returned has to be new, unused, in the original box and packaging and with the original labels.
